I know it may not seem like we’re freezing to the core here, but we were. These are the lengths we go to sometimes to get photos for the blog. Hence, why Ayla doesn’t feature in these (at least this was the warmest day this week). I needed to shoot this pretty orange floral dress, and I secretly believe that if you wear Spring clothes, Spring comes quicker… so let’s test my theory and see!

FLIRTY ORANGE FLORAL
Brooke-Lyn is wearing an orange floral dress (c/o SheIn) with her cap-toe block heels from ASOS. She wears a straw headband from Amazon and a pair of straw earrings (also from SheIn).
Everley wears a little orange button-down dress with flutter sleeves from Best & Less. She wears two little mustard yellow linen hair bows in her braids from Etsy and completes her look with black mary-jane flats from Old Navy and a straw handbag from Forever 21 (old).

Just so no one thinks I’m a bad mother. Everley is totally into taking photos, and we shoot in less than 5 minutes most days (especially when it’s cold). She thought today was so fun! We got to “dance in the cold” as she put it, then run inside and snuggle under a blanket. I love seeing how she loves the things I love…
