Anyone who knows me, knows how much I adore Julia Berolzheimer and her brand Gal Meets Glam Collection. Unfortunately, as this chapter for her closes, GMG dresses will no longer be sold. So, I have been saving my pennies to grab some of the items I loved most from her collection, and the Geraldine dress was one of them!

GERALDINE DRESS FROM GAL MEETS GLAM COLLECTION
I’m yet to find a brand that creates dresses that are this close to EVERYTHING I love in a piece of clothing. Julia nailed every piece, and always left me with such hard decisions trying to choose which pieces I loved most, as I adored them all! But in the last few months, between shopping directly through Gal Meets Glam website (closing on August 7th), places like Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, Dillard’s, RueLaLa & Zulily. For pre-owned or sold out styles I searched sites like Poshmark and eBay. I’ve managed to grow my collection of dresses from 10 or so, with a few sweaters, to over 25 pieces!

We visited our church two Sundays ago, and then went on to Mulhall’s Nursery to check it out. So I guess you could say the Geraldine dress transitions well in different environments. It is so light, so it perfect for hot summer days and the color palette is what dreams are made of…
This particular dress has the most unique patterned fabric in green, purple and blue flowers and stripes! Probably why the Geraldine dress is a fan favorite! Bow tie-shoulders make this dress fun and flirty (a statement I love on a dress) and the maxi length is perfect for an effortless day out. I even went and took some photos the moment I received it in the post (see below, for our backyard shoot – when I still had brown hair).
